Report a correction
Please include:
- the title or URL of the page;
- the sentence, diagram, link, or calculation in question;
- what you believe is incorrect or unclear; and
- a primary or otherwise reliable source when one is available.
We will review good-faith correction reports against the underlying article, source, calculation, or asset. A message does not guarantee a change, but material errors should be corrected and reflected in the article's update record once publication history is available.
Report an accessibility problem
Include the page, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the task you could not complete. Do not include medical information that is not necessary to explain the problem.
Ask about an image or permission
The site uses original, licensed, or permitted assets. If you believe an image, diagram, or other material has been attributed or used incorrectly, identify the page and asset so it can be investigated.
If you want to offer photographs of a pantry or cabinet, do not send private household images until we have explained the intended use and permission process. Remove faces, mail, addresses, prescriptions, reflections, and other personal details before sharing an image.

Use the subject line Privacy request and explain what you are requesting. We may need enough information to locate prior correspondence and confirm that the request relates to you. Do not email passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.

The Usable Pantry cannot provide emergency help, individualized medical or allergy advice, structural approval, installation certification, or support on behalf of a retailer or manufacturer.
For a product defect, order, return, recall, warranty, installation, or safety issue, contact the responsible retailer, manufacturer, qualified professional, or relevant public authority.
Response expectations
Messages will be reviewed as capacity allows. We do not promise a particular response time or a response to every request. Unsolicited sales messages, requests to manipulate editorial coverage, and unsafe or abusive content may be ignored.
